SUN LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY, INC. (SLTI) was established in November 1996 with a paid up capital of P16,000,000 (sixteen million pesos) divided into 16,000 shares of common stocks.

Upon its operation and registration at Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), SLTI held its office address at 27th Floor Pacific Star Building, Makati Avenue cor. Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue Makati City, Philippines while its warehouse and operation was located at Warehouse 3 & 4, Lot 51, Phase II-A, Carmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang Laguna.

SLTI is duly registered as Pioneering Service Exporter in fields of packaging commodities for export with custom made packaging materials for automotive parts and components.

In year 2001, SLTI increase its authorized capital stocks to 72,000,000 Million Pesos.

SLTI started to construct its own building (PHASE I) year 2001 with 11,000 square meters lot area and warehouse floor area of 3,600 square meters located in Sitio Aratan Road, Barangay Pulong Sta. Cruz, Sta Rosa Laguna. In April up to December 2001, Sumitomo Construction developed the location area and SLTI management decided to put PHASE II with warehouse floor area of 1,500 square meters and 500 square meters Canopy area and an under construction building which is PHASE III (KAMBAL WAREHOUSE) with a lot area of 8,000 square meter and floor area of 4,000 square meters located at the front of the main building.
